The accommodation at Reflection on the Sea is self-contained and unserviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps; laundry, kitchen and bathroom, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and toilet paper. These are not replenished during the stay.
Please note the reception hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 8:30 until 17:00
Saturday 8:30 until 15:00
Sunday 9:00 until 14:00
Please be advised from 26 July 2024 cladding replacement works will be underway at Reflection on the Sea, ending approx. 20 December 2024.
Work will be limited to the rooftop (level 21), BBQ Area and Level 1 Retail areas. Disruptions to the level 2 balconies, pool and BBQ areas will be limited to certain weekdays during 7am-4pm. There may be some noise disturbances during this time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
All guests must be over the age of 18 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay. Proof of age in the form of photo ID will be required prior to the release of keys. The property has the right to refuse any booking, or access to the property when the legal guardian cannot provide a current form of acceptable ID when requested at check-in or is not present at check-in, nor intends to stay at the property for the duration of the booking.
